The Mayor’s Easter Fun Day took place on Thursday, April 2, from 11am to 3pm, promising a day of activities and entertainment for all ages.

Photos show families enjoy a range of fun activities, which include go-karts, Easter activities and a Children’s Easter Cake decorating competition.

In a Facebook post advertising the event, Bicester Town Council said: “It’s a great opportunity to enjoy a day out in the park while helping raise funds for FLAG DV and The Hummingbird Centre, two organisations doing vital work in our community.”

Garth Park is the main park in Bicester. It officially opened in the early 1950s and forms the parkland formal gardens around Garth House.

Garth House and its grounds was build in the 1840s.
