Bicester care home summer fete funds residents’ winter trips
Held on Saturday, August 15, at Launton Grange Care Home in Bicester, the event saw residents, families, and locals enjoy live music, art displays, a trip around Bicester in a vintage bus, and a barbecue.
Stalls, garden games, and a tropical tiki bar added to the fun. An ice cream van was also present.
The fete succeeded in raising £398, which will be put into the residents’ comfort fund.
This money is earmarked for outings and panto tickets this winter, ensuring the residents have some memorable experiences to look forward to.
