Berkshire A4: Pensioner in Oxford hospital after crash near Speen

Emergency services were called to the A4 at its junction with Milkhouse Road near Speen on Saturday, May 2.

The incident, which happened at around 8.50am, involved a light blue Kia.

A man in his eighties was taken to John Radcliffe Hospital, in Headington, with life-threatening injuries where he remains at this time.

Now Thames Valley Police has launched an investigation and is asking for anyone with footage of the incident to come forward.

A spokesperson said: “If anyone witnessed this collision or has dash-cam footage of it, or the moments leading up to it, please call 101, quoting 43260215487.”
