Banbury steakhouse for sale due to ‘personal circumstances’

Ash&Flame Steakhouse in Parson’s Street, Banbury, is being offered for sale to a new owner or investor who wants to ‘own and develop a distinctive hospitality concept’.

The restaurant opened its doors last November, offering wood-fired steaks, grilled specialities, sharing platters, wood-fired pizzas and a unique live-fire dining experience.

The sale listing said: “While there are other restaurants in the area, very few offer an authentic live fire cooking experience.

“The business is being offered for sale or investment due to a change in personal circumstances.

It includes 50 covers across two floors, the restaurant business is offered as a fully-fitted premises in Banbury town centre, benefiting from high visibility and footfall.

The asking price, turnover and net profit is only available on request, but the annual leasehold rent is listed as £12,000.
