Banbury manhunt after ‘dine and dash’ at Miller & Carter
Miller & Carter in Ermont Way, Banbury, was left out of pocket last Tuesday (May 12) when three men had a meal and drinks at the restaurant at about 7pm before leaving without paying.
It is reported the men left at about 8.10pm in a blue van, and said they were staying at a hotel nearby.

Thames Valley Police is now appealing for witnesses to the dine and dash, asking any other diners who may have seen them make off without payment to come forward.
The first man is described as white, in his 50s, about 5ft 10ins with an average build, grey hair and stubble, and was wearing a grey tracksuit at the time.

The second man is also described by police as white, in his 30s, about 6ft tall with a slim build, black hair, black beard and wore a black tracksuit.
The third man is described by police as a white man in his mid 20s, of a larger build with black hair and no facial hair, and he was wearing shorts with a t-shirt and sports zip-up jacket.
Investigating officer sergeant Steven Kelly said: “I would like to appeal to anyone who may have information to please come forward.

“I would ask that anyone who was in or near to Miller & Carter around this time, to please get in touch with us if you saw anything or have any dash cam footage of a blue van.
