Abingdon playground shut down temporarily for safety
Abingdon Town Council has fenced off a section of its new Ninja Trail at Chilton Close after it was found to be in need of a repair.
Officials say they hope the fix won’t take too long, as the installer who first put it in the park in December has been contacted.

A statement from Abingdon Town Council said: “Unfortunately, our outdoor services team have had to fence off a section of our Ninja Trail as a safety precaution.
“A small part needs repair, and we are awaiting the installer to attend the site to carry this out.
“We hope to be able to reopen this very soon.”
