VinciWorks named Solid Performer in Fosway digital learning

VinciWorks has been named a Solid Performer in the 2026 Fosway 9-Grid for Digital Learning, marking its first inclusion in the assessment.

The recognition places VinciWorks among a small group of new entrants in this year’s analysis of the European digital learning market. Learning and development leaders and procurement teams across EMEA use the Fosway 9-Grid to assess suppliers.

Fosway said the ranking is based on independent research into the region’s learning and talent market, drawing on input from a corporate research network of more than 250 organisations.

VinciWorks specialises in compliance eLearning and software. Its course library covers subjects including anti-money laundering, GDPR, modern slavery and workplace wellbeing.

It also offers AI-based conversational learning tools built around scenario-led interactions designed to reflect workplace compliance issues. These products are available within the VinciWorks Portal, which provides customers with access to licensed training content and a browser-based editing tool.

The portal is aimed at compliance and learning teams that want to tailor training to their own policies, language and internal culture without relying on technical specialists. That level of editing control has become a point of differentiation in a market where buyers often want standard content that can still be adapted for local use.

Market Entry

First-time inclusion in the Fosway 9-Grid raises VinciWorks’ profile in a market where established learning technology suppliers and specialist training firms compete for large corporate contracts. Europe’s digital learning sector has become increasingly crowded as employers respond to tighter regulation, more dispersed workforces and a growing need to document staff training.

Compliance learning has been one of the steadier segments of that market. Businesses in regulated sectors have long needed formal training in financial crime, data protection and workplace conduct, but compliance programmes have widened as organisations face greater scrutiny over supply chains, employee wellbeing and corporate culture.

That broader group context gives the business access to a large existing customer base in a market where compliance functions increasingly overlap with legal, risk and audit teams.

It has built a library of more than 800 courses over more than two decades in the compliance training sector. Its broader offering also includes software and resources intended to help companies manage compliance processes alongside staff learning.

That combination reflects a wider shift in the learning market, where corporate buyers often look for training products that connect more directly with policy management, reporting and internal governance processes. Suppliers that can tie learning content to workflow and oversight tools have sought to position themselves closer to risk management budgets as well as HR and L&D spending.
