Kubus achieves Diamond Partner status with Verkada in the UK
Kubus has been appointed a Diamond Partner by Verkada, placing it among four UK partners in the highest tier of Verkada’s partner programme.
The invitation-only status is reserved for a small group of partners worldwide. Fewer than 20 partners globally hold the Diamond designation.
Kubus secured the tier after an assessment across Verkada’s full security portfolio, demonstrating technical expertise in six product areas: video security and the Command platform, access control, air quality sensors, alarms and professional monitoring, workplace management, and intercoms.
The review also considered the number of Verkada Certified Engineers and trained sales staff within the business, with a focus on technical delivery across cloud-based physical security systems.
Growth plans
The appointment comes as Kubus pursues a broader growth strategy focused on the overlap between networking and physical security. The company provides networking, IT infrastructure, and managed services, and has been expanding its position in integrated security as customers look to combine building systems with wider digital infrastructure.
Jeremy Keefe, Chief Executive Officer of Kubus, linked the new status to those plans and the company’s wider expansion efforts.
“Achieving Diamond status with Verkada is the living validation of the 2026 vision that we set out only a couple of months ago. As we scale our international presence and continue to invest in our Senior Leadership Team, our aim remains to make complex solutions simpler at pace. Being one of only four partners in the UK to hold this distinction proves that Kubus is right at the forefront of the security and networking convergence. It allows us to keep the customer at the heart of everything we do by providing them with first class expertise and the best possible value,” said Keefe.
The appointment also reflects a wider market trend, as security systems increasingly rely on cloud software, centralised management tools, and integration with corporate networks. This has created an opportunity for networking and infrastructure specialists to take on more physical security work, particularly where customers want fewer suppliers across connected systems.
Partner tier
Diamond is Verkada’s highest global partner rank and is extended only to integrators that meet its requirements for engineering expertise and delivery standards across its product range.
Ben Watkin, Director of Channel Sales, EMEA at Verkada, said Kubus had met those conditions across the full line-up.
“Partners are at the core of how we deliver for our customers, and Kubus represents the very best of what that looks like in practice. Their technical depth across our full product line, commitment to customer outcomes, and the calibre of their certified engineering team reflect everything we look for when extending a Diamond invitation. We’re excited to deepen our partnership with Kubus as we continue to grow our presence in the region,” said Watkin.
Kubus said Diamond status gives it access to Verkada’s top pricing tiers, priority technical support, and early access to beta programmes and new product launches. The designation also recognises standards in system design, architecture, and installation.
Those benefits could strengthen Kubus’s position in sectors where it already has an established presence, including data centres, the public sector, and large enterprises. Buyers in those markets often place weight on accredited engineering teams and direct access to supplier support when selecting partners for security and network projects.
Verkada operates across six product areas and sells an integrated cloud-based platform for building security and workplace systems. More than 30,000 organisations in 171 countries use its products.
Kubus’s appointment gives Verkada another senior partner in the UK as it expands its regional channel network. For Kubus, it marks a deeper move into the security sector through a vendor relationship now at the highest level of the partner programme.
