Hugo Boss Oxford Westgate store closed after £440m investment
Hugo Boss left the popular city centre shopping centre this month having first opened in October 2017 as part of the major revamp of the centre.
It was one of the original retailers as part of the shopping centre’s new phase of life, along with John Lewis, Primark, Next and TK Maxx.

A spokeswoman for Westgate Oxford said: “We can confirm that Hugo Boss has now closed.
“We remain committed to making Westgate Oxford a vibrant and varied retail destination for our guests, welcoming exciting new arrivals such as Sephora, The Beefy Boys, and the opening of Lego later this spring, as well as recently upsized stores for Oliver Bonas, Goldsmiths, and Superdrug.
“We look forward to sharing more details about new brands joining the centre soon.”

Hugo Boss has been approached for a comment but did not respond before publication.
Two other stores in the shopping centre are holding closing down sales including Claire’s and Russell and Bromley.
Both businesses entered administration earlier this year.
Meanwhile, the new Lego store is expected to be opening in April this year, although a specific date hasn’t been announced.
