He claimed that his mother “hijacked” his first dance with his wife, Nicola Peltz, and danced “inappropriately on me” in front of their guests, adding that he had never felt more “uncomfortable or humiliated” in his life.
And he also alleged that his wife had been “disrespected” by his family and was not invited to his father’s 50th birthday party.
Now, Sir David has said he felt “very lucky and blessed” to be surrounded by love from family and friends on his birthday.

Jeremy Clarkson ‘finally owns up’ to surprising secret hobby
The former Top Gear and Grand Tour presenter has lived in Oxfordshire for several years, owning Diddly Squat Farm in Chadlington.
He added to this a couple of years ago with the £1,000,000 purchase of The Windmill pub in Asthall, which he renamed The Farmer’s Dog.
Having renovated the spot, Mr Clarkson opened it up to the public in August of 2024, and it has been a hit, regularly attracting large numbers of customers.

Aside from his farming and landlord adventures, the 66-year-old has his fair share of hobbies, with it being no secret he has a big interest in cars.
However, this week Mr Clarkson has “finally owned up” to one interest which he had largely been keeping a secret until now.
Writing in a recent piece in The Sun, the Clarkson’s Farm star revealed that he enjoys birdwatching.
He said: “I also have a hobby. And it’s one I’ve never dared speak about in public. Because if I did, I’ve always assumed I’d be ostracised by my friends and cancelled by my bosses.”

“But this week, I found out that this hobby is not just the preserve of sad old men who like a bit of ‘me time’ in the undergrowth.
“New research has found that there are 750,000 people aged between 16 and 29 who do it too.”
Despite his previous fears of coming out about his nature-inspired hobby, the 66-year-old proudly declared it in the column.
“And some of them are girls,” added Mr Clarkson.
“Which means it’s not just common. It’s cool. And that in turn means I can finally own up. My name is Jeremy Clarkson, and I’m a bird-watcher.”
