Now, Mr Cooper has revealed a fire has ripped through one of his barns, leaving the building and its contents destroyed.
The Chipping Norton‑based farming contractor and TV personality shared a photograph of the aftermath on social media.

Mr Cooper will be appearing in the latest series of Clarkson’s Farm, with the first episodes due to be released on Wednesday, June 3.

Ryanair halts Stansted flights to major international airport
Santiago de Compostela Airport in north-west Spain will shut from Thursday, April 23 until Wednesday, May 27, with no flights able to take off or land during this period.
British travellers, including those flying with Ryanair from Stansted, are being advised to review their holiday arrangements and check with airlines for any changes or disruptions.
The budget airline, which operates a flight from Stansted to the affected airport regularly, had flights land there on April 17, 19, and 21.
However, future services will now not go ahead, potentially disrupting the travel plans of those heading to northern Spain.
On average, 30 flights from the UK land at Santiago de Compostela each week.
Santiago de Compostela is the capital of Galicia in north-west Spain.
It is the final destination of the historic Camino de Santiago pilgrimage routes, home to a UNESCO‑listed old town and the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela.
In a statement on the Spanish airport operator’s website, Aena, it says the airport “will be closed from 23 April to 27 May 2026 for runway resurfacing works.
“During this period, the airport will be closed to all air traffic, and no takeoffs or landings will take place.
“If you have any questions about your flight status, schedule changes, or possible rebooking, we recommend contacting your airline.”
Travellers heading to Santiago de Compostela will need to make alternative flight arrangements during the closure.
The nearest option is A Coruña Airport, around 42 miles to the north, with a journey time of just under an hour by car.

Gold (Van der Walt) died at the age of 60 on Sunday (April 19) after a “long and brave” battle with cancer.
A post on the official Gladiators Facebook page said: “We’re deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Gladiators’ golden girl, Gold (Lize Van der Walt)
“Lize joined the UK Gladiators in 1997, bringing strength, spirit and determination to the Arena.

“Her adventurous spirit brought her to the UK, where she became part of Gladiators history.
“She returned to the Arena in 2000 to represent the UK against her home nation. A proud full-circle moment that reflected her strength and character.
“Following her time on Gladiators, Lize returned home to Hermanus in South Africa, a beautiful coastal town known for its breathtaking views and sunsets.
“There, she built a new life as a successful artist, creating seascapes and semi-abstract work inspired by her surroundings.
“After a long and brave battle with cancer, Lize passed away on 19th April in South Africa, aged 60.
“Our thoughts are with her son Michael, her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.
